1. Consultation & Treatment
All consultations are carried out by qualified medical professionals.
Treatment plans are developed based on clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and patient history.
Patients are advised to follow prescribed medications and post-treatment care instructions strictly.
2. Appointments & Cancellations
Appointments must be booked in advance, either online or via phone.
A minimum 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
3. Admission & Inpatient Stay
Valid ID proof and relevant medical records are mandatory during admission.
Patients are expected to follow hospital rules, meal timings, visiting hours, and prescribed treatment schedules.
Any violation of rules may result in early discharge.
4. Medicines & Prescriptions
Only medicines prescribed by Shri Balaji Hospital doctors should be used during treatment.
Use of outside or self-medicated drugs should be informed to the treating doctor beforehand.
In case of any side effects, patients must notify hospital staff immediately.
5. Payment & Refund Policy
Consultation, treatment, and admission charges must be paid in full as per billing terms.
Refunds (if any) are processed only under genuine and approved circumstances.
No refund is applicable for partially availed services or missed appointments.
6. Privacy & Confidentiality
All personal, health, and payment information is kept strictly confidential.
Patient data is only shared with medical teams involved in care, or when required by law.
We adhere to all applicable data protection regulations.
7. Facility Usage & Responsibilities
Hospital facilities such as waiting areas, rooms, restrooms, and equipment must be used responsibly.
Damaging property or misuse of hospital resources may attract penalties or legal action.
Noise, disturbances, and unauthorized photography are prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Shri Balaji Hospital is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions or non-compliance with medical advice.
While we strive for excellence in care, outcomes can vary depending on individual response and condition.
9. Code of Conduct
Patients and visitors must maintain decorum, cleanliness, and respect for staff and other patients.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or use of prohibited substances is strictly banned within premises.
Misconduct may lead to restricted access or removal from the premises.
